WHAT THE CLIENT NEEDED:
Tortilleria Oaxaca opened in 2015 to provide freshly-made tortillas to the growing Mexican community of Staten Island, New York. The client sought a website that would communicate basic information about its business such as location, menu and hours of operation. The client also wanted the website to encourage retail and wholesale customers to place orders of tortillas and other products by phone.
WHAT I DELIVERED:
I delivered a one-page, fully-responsive website, optimized for mobile devices. Two call to action buttons figure prominently above the fold of the homepage in order to encourage users to order tortillas, homemade food as well as finding the location of the Tortilleria. The hero video on the homepage, shows how Tortillas are made on premise to remind users of the product freshness. Photos taken at the tortilleria figure prominently through the website to emphasize the tortilleria’s main line of business.
